We’re so excited to introduce the very first Givens Gathering Retreat in beautiful Uvita, Costa Rica.
After attending a retreat at Synergy Retreat Center last year, Dustin and Brittney quickly fell in love with its natural beauty, peaceful surroundings, and strong sense of community. They dreamed of returning with the people they hold dear…and now, they’re inviting you to join them.
Over seven days, we’ll gather around wellness, movement, adventure, and connection. Each morning will begin with movement classes, followed by opportunities to explore, try something new, slow down, and enjoy the beauty of Costa Rica.
At its heart, this retreat is about growth, community, and making space for what matters, sharing meaningful experiences, stepping outside the familiar, and creating memories together.

SYNERGY Retreat Center
Uvita, Costa Rica
The center features a beautiful backyard waterfall, the beach is just an 8-minute walk away, and excursions can be planned throughout your stay. There will be plenty of opportunities to explore, slow down, and enjoy Costa Rica together.
Each day, you’ll enjoy three chef-prepared, farm-to-table meals…breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Dietary preferences and needs can be accommodated with advance notice.
Guests and facilitators share meals together, because some of the best parts of a retreat happen around the table, not on the schedule.
