In 2024, Dustin and I had the chance to experience Synergy Retreat Center in Uvita, and we instantly fell in love — with the land, the people, the slower pace, and the sense of connection it created. We knew we wanted to return someday, and that when we did, we wanted to bring our community with us.

This December, we’re doing just that.

We want this retreat to feel like Givens — a gathering of like-minded people coming together, slowing down, connecting, and creating an experience that stays with you long after we leave Costa Rica.
