Dustin & Brittney Dorsey
OWNERS / TEAM LEADERS
After traveling the world, Dustin and Brittney returned home to carry on the legacy of Givens Farm Estate, bringing with them a shared love for meaningful experiences and gathering people together. They’ve always said they’re like a coloring book: Dustin is the lines, bringing structure and grounding to the vision, while Brittney is the color, dreaming up what’s possible with ideas as endless as the sky. Together, they lead with open hands and full hearts, creating a place where every gathering feels intentional and every guest feels at home.
Their adventurous spirit continues to take them around the world, but these days, they’re opening the invitation for others to come along. Be ready for the invite. It’s surely an adventure filled with stories to tell, memories to keep and experiences that stay with you long after you return home.
Amanda Wilfer
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Crossing items off her list and creating Excel spreadsheets might just be Amanda’s favorite source of dopamine. She keeps things running smoothly and is continuously finding ways to improve efficiency and bring greater intentionality to our work. From showers to weddings, her eye for detail and love for a well-made plan are matched only by the heart she brings to everything she does.
Kimberlee Derks

Kimberlee’s heart is fullest when a great idea becomes an experience people can gather around. She loves dreaming up thoughtful, one-of-a-kind events tailored to each client, from corporate gatherings and private celebrations to community classes and our signature dinner series. She brings creativity to every detail and has a knack for making people feel connected to the heart of Givens. She also oversees the Givens Collection, thoughtfully showcasing local small businesses and offering meaningful pieces that allow people to take a little piece of Givens home with them.
Maddy Mauthe
MARKETING DIRECTOR
Maddy lights up when she gets to tell stories, foster authentic connections, and capture the meaningful moments that make Givens special. She leads all things media, communications, collaborations, and content, bringing fresh ideas, genuine creativity, and a can-do attitude to everything she touches. Whether she’s capturing life around the Farm or dreaming up new ways to share the Givens story, Maddy has a gift for finding the beauty in the everyday and helping others see it, too.
Ryan Tessner
WELLNESS PROGRAMING DIRECTOR
Ryan’s fun-loving and joyful spirit leads him on many adventures, always seeking new ways to move, connect, and explore. As he brings our wellness program to life through run clubs, sauna and cold plunge experiences, and a variety of classes, Ryan keeps our community moving, connected, and inspired. Guests often share how Ryan’s genuine warmth makes it seem like they’ve known him their whole lives.
