Estate Guidelines

For everyone’s safety, swimming, entering animal areas, and accessing restricted or private spaces are not permitted.

Please do not climb on landscaping, rocks, bridges, decks, or other decorative features. We ask that you treat the property with the same care you would your own home.

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while on the property.

Please use designated garbage and recycling receptacles and help us keep the grounds free of litter.

Please keep exterior villa doors closed when not in use to help protect the home and its contents.

Access to the Villa may be limited to the bridal party or designated guests depending on the event. Please follow any access guidelines provided by the Givens team.

Givens Farm Estate is a smoke-free property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the grounds.

Access to the refrigerator, kitchen drawers, pantry, cupboards, and other private storage areas is not permitted unless arrangements have been made with the Givens team in advance.

Please leave furniture, décor, and other items where you found them unless otherwise directed by our team.

Our goal is to make Givens an enjoyable and welcoming place for everyone. When in doubt, please use your best judgment and treat the Estate, its surroundings, and those who share it with care.

Outside liquor is not permitted on the property. Additional liquor may be available for the bridal and groom suites upon request and prior arrangement with the Givens team. Please reach out to us in advance if you’d like to add this option to your event.
