Introducing Wellness Wednesdays at Givens Farm Estate
An all-levels experience designed to guide you through intentional movement, breath, and balance. This signature blend of yoga and pilates invites strength and softness in equal measure, followed by sauna sessions that offer space to unwind, release, and restore.
A midweek reset for the body, mind, and soul.
Class | 5:30–6:15pm
Sauna Session | 6:30–7:30pm
Bring a mat, water bottle, towel, change of clothes (if you’re planning to sauna), and bug spray. We can’t wait to welcome you out to the farm!
