Guests will be introduced to key techniques like autolyse, stretch-and-folds, and the 48-hour cold fermentation that creates beautifully structured dough. After a brief overview of the process, we’ll move into the fun part—stretching, topping, and baking pizzas together.
The evening will flow into a relaxed, communal dining experience similar to our pasta nights. Guests will enjoy a fresh salad and a handcrafted mocktail from the estate while Fiamma serves freshly baked pizzas and gelato.
